Stencil
Remover is available in two forms - (A) White Crystalline
Powder and (B) Aqueous liquid concentrate.
|
| Its
use is to remove the stencil from the mesh during the frame
reclaiming process. The instructions for use are as follows.....
|
| (A)
Product as a powder. Dissolve the entire contents in 25 litres
of warm tap water. |
| (B)
Aqueous
liquid concentrate. Dilute with cold tap water to a volume
of 25 litres. |
The
product can be used at this concentration but further dilution
with water is possible. The extent of this further dilution
will depend on how easily the stencil material can be removed.
(Water resistant stencils usually require the product to be
used at the higher concentration).
The application method is normally by brush over the whole
stencil area. The stencil remover should be allowed to soften
the stencil before washing the mesh with high pressure water
jet. The time required to soften the stencil will depend on
the concentration being used and the water resistance of the
stencil material. |
