TYPE OF INK - Solvent based screen ink that fades in about four weeks.

APPLICATION - Suitable for most types of paper and board, giving a semi-gloss ultra thin film,which is fast drying and also offers good scuff resistance. They can also be used on certain types of polystyrene and other cellulose coated materials.

THINNERS - Up to 15% with aromatic hydrocarbon e.g. (Shellsol A or Solvesso 100).
For fast drying S120 thinner can be used. For slower drying, Small Products detail thinner is recommended.

DRYING - By exposure to warm jet air dryer at 60 C or air dry in well-ventilated conditions between 5 - 10 minutes. (Note: Drying time will be affected by type of thinners used.)

ADHESION - Good on paper and board.

MESH - The correct deposit of colours can be obtained using mesh sizes 90T to 140T.

COVERAGE - Up to 50 square metres/litre can be obtained with 90T mesh. Up to 60 square metres can be obtained with 120T mesh.

STENCILS - All types of solvent resistance stencil are suitable.

CLEANING THE SCREEN - Use thinners or multi purpose screen wash.

SHELF LIFE - Indefinitely in tightly closed containers.
